Learning and Instruction

My Personal

Theory of Learning

Every individual is unique and has the innate ability and desire to learn in his own way and in his own time. If an individual perceives he can learn, he will perceive success. In return, self-confidence will increase, which will encourage creativity and higher-level thinking.

My Personal

Theory of Instruction

It is important to select clear objectives and to teach to those objectives through relevant instruction, practice, questions, and feedback. Teachers must build rapport, use effective classroom management skills and create a classroom atmosphere, which matches the learning activity. Instruction must be monitored and adjusted based on the students' understanding of the material.
